Accounting Work Experience Training & Sage Line 50 Training

This 3-day training offers practical, hands-on accountancy work experience training designed to help you appreciate the accountancy framework, get a good understanding of Sage Line 50 and provide you with the necessary practical skills to complement your educational courses or qualifications and enhance your employment skills.

On completion of the course you will be in a better position to apply for roles involving purchase ledger (accounts payable), sales ledger (accounts receivable), bookkeeper (accounts assistant) and Assistant Accountant positions.

The training covers
Sales invoices, Sales ledger, Purchase invoices, Purchase ledger, Expense Claims, Payments, Petty cash, Receipts, Coding, Nominal ledger, Journals, Adjustments, Control accounts, Year end accounts, Trial Balance, P&L Accounts & Balance Sheet.

You will be working with sample client data to build up the company's year-end accounts.

The cost of this training is £300 per person; an £80 deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is payable on the first day of training.

All individuals get a certificate on completion, a reference if necessary and free after-training support and advice.

On completion of the training you will also have the opportunity for a work placement at St Marys Services where you will be shadowing an ACCA Chartered Certified Accountant and working with live client accounts.
